2.The vagina cleanses naturally in the form form of normal vaginal discharge
3.Wear only white 100 percent cotton underwear
3.Avoid wearing thongs
4.Wash nd double rinse the underwear after use
5.Wash new underwear before wearing
6.Avoid shaving the vulva hair with an unclean utensil

3.Can produce bacteriocins(naturally occurring antibiotics)
4.Produce a substance that stood invading bacteria sticking to the vagina walls,which prevents bacteria invading the tissues.
When the lactobacilli bacteria falls other harmful bacteria invade nd multiply,this can result in infections such as bacterial vaginosis or thrust which leads to some infections like itching,irritation and abnormal discharge.
                           SAFER SEX
Some bacteria and viruses can get into the vagina during sex.These include the bugs that cause chlamydia,gonorrhea,genital herpes,genital warts,syphilis and even HIV.
You can protect the vagina against these infections by using a condom every time you have sex.All woman aged 25-64 must always go for cervical screening to avoid. abnormal changes in the cervix which when not treated properly can result in cancer.
